Drew and Wayne Schmirler are a Father-Son team who, above all, strive for excellence and personal, hands-on service.

Drew started in the construction industry at the age of 13 working at the local Home Hardware in Okotoks, Alberta.  He moved to the United States in his late teens, where he built custom, estate homes from the ground up.  He spent years learning every skill required to build homes and fine-tuning those skills.  Drew started a family and moved back to Calgary, Alberta in 2009.  Upon his return, he decided to streamline his work and focus on custom renovations.  Drew loves seeing the potential in projects that are brought to him and puts huge value on taking something that may be old but well-loved and creating something unique and new for homeowners.  He is completely hands-on in the work that gets undertaken and works with his father to give the client the best experience possible for homeowners.

Wayne has over 40 years of experience in the residential construction industry.  He has vast experience in a variety of areas, including framing, finishing, painting, custom home building, and marketing and sales.  Wayne was the project manager for Phase One of the Sheep River land project in Okotoks, Alberta from conception to development.  He worked as the general manager of a large residential project with Northern Telecom in Mainland China.  Wayne acquired over 15 years of international business experience living and working abroad.  Wayne believes in building great relationships and trust with clients to ensure a smooth and excellent experience through the entire renovation process.  He values family and works closely with his son to get every job done right.
